Samsung Galaxy A51 - 5G UW (Verizon) two minute review



The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G UW supports Verizon’s mmWave network and will eventually support the carrier’s low-band 5G network, expected to launch later this year.

The device comes with a big screen of a 6.5 inches Super AMOLED captive touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Galaxy A51 5G UW is powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset and paired with 6GB of RAM. There’s 128GB of base storage on board, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. The smartphone feature a 48 MP (wide) + 12 MP (ultra-wide) + 5 MP (wide) dedicated macro camera + 5 MP depth sensor on the rear side. The front camera there is a 32 MP (wide) for clicking super selfies and recording videos with 1080p at 30fps. There is an active noise cancellation with a dedicated mic along with a 3.5mm jack.

It also features GPS, NFC (market dependent), Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, and Type C USB. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery that provides Fast battery charging 15W. The smartphone is integrated with a 6 GB RAM and has 128 GB internal storage capacity to store videos, music files, images and more. The Samsung Galaxy A51 runs on the Android 10.0 operating system with One UI 2. The sensors include Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.



The phone is now available from Verizon for a full price of $549.99. The device can be had for a promotional price of $360 after monthly statement credits when you activate it on a select Unlimited plan. The phone is only available in “Prism Bricks Blue”.
