The update weighs in size bearing an increment in the firmware version. Users are reporting some additional optimizations resulting in camera app speed improvements. Its in-display fingerprint sensor has become faster and responsive after the update. Face Unlock is also optimized and now unlocks device much faster.  However, other changes include better skin tones, accurate screen colors, improved image processing while snapping photos using native camera app.

How to Update your Nokia Device

To capture the OTA manually, Go to device Settings –> System menu –> System Update —> Tap on the Check for Update option.

We suggest you find and connect to a strong Wi-Fi network to download the latest software OTA update. This will help you to save the carrier’s data charges. Also, make sure to have more than 70% battery charge on your phone. A low battery will stall the update installation process.
