Motorola One Power 9.0 Pie Update Software Via OTA and Fastboot

The Motorola One Power is the company’s first Android 8.1 Oreo and will soon upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie. Motorola One Power features a 6.2-inches Notched IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 636 processor clocked at 1.6GHz. There is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot. it is a dual-SIM device and has two Nano SIM slots. It has support for 4G but only one SIM can latch onto the network while the other is restricted to 3G only. It has a dual camera setup at the back with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor.

How to install Stock Firmware on Motorola One Power

Before installing firmware, make sure to follow the pre-requisite and install the necessary drivers and tools on your computer.
Pre-Requisites:
 

Download and Install the latest Motorola USB Drivers for Windows and MAC.
Download and extract the ADB fastboot tool on your computer.
Charge your phone to at minimum 70% before upgrading your phone.


Manually Update Motorola One Power Stock Firmware via Recovery:
  1. First of all, Go to phone Settings About Phone ➔ Tap on Build Number 7 Times.
  2. Go to Developer Options Enable USB Debugging.
  3. Download Android Nougat for Moto from above and save it in Internal storage.
  4. Now Reboot Moto to Recovery Mode.
  5. Select Apply Update from SD Card.
  6. Select the Downloaded ZIP file from SD Card.
  7. Wait until Installation process Completes.
  8. Once the Installation completed. Reboot the Phone.
  9. That’s it!! You have successfully installed Stock Firmware On Motorola One Power Smartphone.

Steps to Install Firmware > via ADB Sideload Method:
1. Now go to the folder where you have extracted the ADB and Fastboot Tools
2. Download Stock ROM for Moto from above list of Moto Stock Firmware Collections and save it in ADB folder.
3. Now Reboot Moto smartphone to Recovery Mode.
4. Select Apply Update from ADB.
5. Plug the phone into PC using USB Cable, then open a command prompt window by pressing Shift Key + Right Mouse Click.

6. Now execute the below command in CMD screen.
 adb sideload Filename.zip 
7. Wait until Installation process Completes.
8. Once the Installation completed. Reboot the Phone.
