The camera also supports new ISOCELL Plus and Smart ISO technology along with 4-axis optical image stabilization (OIS) for videos. Whereas, the 108MP camera has a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera lens which supports 1.5cm super macro shots and a 12MP telephoto lens for 2X optical zoom and Dual PDAF (phase detection autofocus).

The handset powers by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, pairs with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.0 internal storage options. It also supports 5G bands in Mainland China based on top three mobile carriers. Mi MIX Alpha packs a 4,050 mAh battery and comes with a proprietary 40W fast charging support.
